Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. My name is Barrett Taylor and I am a high school French teacher in Gulfport, MS. You will see many pictures of my wife and I on this website as I recently got married on June 29th. I am presently enrolled in the Instructional Technology masters program at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. During my seven years as a classroom teacher I have developed a passion for educational technology and that is why I decided to pursue this masters degree. Upon completion of this program I hope to secure a position as a technology director in a school district. With the knowledge that I gain from my time at USM I hope to assist teachers enhance their lessons with technology and encourage a blended learning environment in the classroom.

I created this website as a requirement for IT 755 Web Development, however it has given me the opportunity to learn about WIX, an online website building platform. I will definitely use this platform in the future and share it with others who want to create dynamic webpages quickly and easily.
